Background & Experience
I am an experienced Art Therapist who has worked in Israel and abroad, facilitating art therapy groups with diverse populations, including women’s groups, high-risk adolescents, stroke survivors, and community settings. I work in a relational, process-focused way, using art to support reflection, connection, and meaningful change.
What we will be doing
This group offers a structured yet flexible space to explore personal themes through art-making and shared reflection.
Each week, art-making will be used to explore a different topic related to:
identity and self-understanding
inner strengths and resilience
navigating challenges and hardships
reconnecting with oneself
Participants are invited to share their artwork and experiences with the group. You are welcome to participate at a level that feels right for you.
The focus of the group is not on the finished artwork, but on the creative process and the meaning that emerges through it. Art is used as a gentle and accessible tool for exploration, reflection, and connection.
This is an introductory group, and no previous art experience is needed.
